We always like to keep on top of relevant policy changes and city investments in and around the communities we build that will impact our current and future homeowners. One of the more significant projects we’ve had on our radar is the Grand Avenue Park regeneration plan in South Etobicoke. The existing Grand Avenue Park is a one-hectare parcel of green space located just south of our new condominium community, becoming Empire Phoenix’s backyard.

Currently vacant and underused, the city has acknowledge the immense potential of this area of land to service the many residents, families and furry inhabitants of the Mystic Pointe community, and have developed a masterplan to make the park a community destination over the next few years.

In 2017 the city engaged the local public in a number of meetings and charrettes to obtain information about what the best uses for the park would be for the residents of the area.
